Return & Refund Policy for ORCA TEXTILES

Thank you for shopping at ORCA TEXTILES.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 7–14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (like fabrics cut to length)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Return

  1. Email us at orcatextile@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return shipping details.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
